(VOVworld) – Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) held a get-together with members of listener clubs nationwide at 58 Quan Su Street, Hanoi on Monday, to mark VOV's 68th founding anniversary on September 7. VOV Deputy Director General Vu Hai informed participants of the national radio station’s outstanding achievements over the past 68 years. From its first 90-minute broadcast, VOV has increased its broadcast time to more than 250 hours per day. He added that the program quality has also improved to be closer to the audience. Hai attributed VOV’s achievements to contributions by domestic and foreign listeners.
