APEC disaster management officials to meet in Nghe An
(VOVWORLD) - The 11th APEC Senior Disaster Management Officials Forum (SDMOF) will open in Vinh city, in the central province of Nghe An on Thursday.

The two-day meeting will gather 200 delegates from APEC members, international organizations, and businesses. The forum will focus on boosting cooperation and innovation related to technologies for natural disaster prevention and control. The forum’s organizers include the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the APEC 2017 National Committee, and the Nghe An provincial People’s Committee.
