The Canadian PM will attend the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week, which takes place from Monday in the central city of Da Nang. Trudeau said he hopes that meetings with Vietnamese leaders will push important issues like governance, trade, investment, and opportunities for the middle-class between the two countries. He said bilateral ties associated with people-to people exchanges have been expanded over the past 40 years.
