Generating the best policy environment for women in economic sector
(VOVWORLD) -A Public Private Dialogue on Women and the APEC Economy will be held in Thua Thien Hue province on Thursday.

The event will discuss proposals to be submitted to a ministerial meeting on Friday. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said: “Vietnam will direct its assistance to 1 million firms by 2020 and proposes 21 APEC economies to generate favorable policies for women in the economic sector. We aim to connect women and businesses to gain effective results and successful integration in the digital era.”
The dialogue will draw 500 participants. Key presenters include Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh, the UN Women Deputy Executive Director, and representatives from the G20 and the World Bank.
