At a working session with the APEC Business Advisory Council in Vietnam (ABAC Vietnam) in Hanoi on Wednesday, President Quang called on the Council to work with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the APEC National Secretariat and relevant ministries, agencies and localities to thoroughly prepare for the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week slated for November in Da Nang city. He agreed with the recommendations of the APEC business community, especially those regarding the liberalization and facilitation of trade, investment and services, human resources, digital economy, and development of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises as well as those run by women.  On behalf of leaders of other APEC economies, President Quang received ABAC’s report and 20 recommendations to be submitted to the APEC leaders.
