(VOVworld) – A program called “Quang Binh in the heart of Hanoi” is being held at the Ly Thai To Monument featuring a number of activities to promote the province’s beautiful landscape and unique culture. The program is part of efforts to promote Quang Binh’s tourism potential.

Beautiful chants of Quang Binh artists of the Le Thuy Chanting Club attracted a crowd. Mr. Nguyen Van Lien, Director of the Culture and Sports Center of Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, said that this program will help improve public understanding of Quang Binh’s culture: “We are honored to introduce Le Thuy chants in Hanoi. We want to introduce this long-standing art genre to a domestic and foreign audience and hoped it will be recognized as a national culture heritage.”

Quang Binh boasts great tourist potential: Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park and beautiful beaches like Nhat Le, Bao Ninh, and Quang Phu. As part of the program “Quang Binh in the heart of Hanoi”, 10 booths were set up to introduce tours of Quang Binh. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh is a teacher at the Bac Ninh Physical Education and Sports University: “This program is really interesting. It helps Vietnamese people and foreign tourists understand better the land and people of Quang Binh.”
