ID card and temporary residence registration service for people living in Five Star Garden complex.

On Sunday police officers in charge of administrative management in Kim Giang ward, Thanh Xuan district, set up an office at the FiveStarGarden apartment complex to register identity cards and temporary residences.  In the morning, they issued ID cards to over one hundred people, including Kim Thanh Ha. Ha said:“My wife applied for a new ID card and I registered  our residence. We brought her old ID card, our residence book, and relevant documentation. The officials quickly finished the procedures and saved us time.”

In one day, the police processed 735 applications. People like the simplified administrative procedures on Sunday, which doesn’t interfere with their work. Nguyen Thu Huong says: “Police officers coming here makes it easier for us.  Before, we had to go to the Public Security Office of Thanh Xuan district to register our residence. It took a lot more time.”
