A fire broke out in Parc Spring apartment building in district 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Under a revised decree on the supply, management, and use of internet services and information which takes effect on April 15, information must be checked before and after being posted on the internet and false information must be removed within 3 hours of detection or upon request.

The government also issued a decree on royalty payments for creators if their recordings are used for commercial purposes. If recordings and broadcast programs involve multiple parties, a party can authorize another party to collect the payment on their behalf.

A decree on compulsory fire insurance for apartment buildings will also take effect on April 15. The compulsory insurance applies to all assets that are prone to fire like including buildings, machines, equipment, goods, and materials. Under government regulations, schools, apartment buildings, stadiums, and state agencies are considered fire risks.

A number of regulations concerning over time hours, accounting systems of credit organizations, expenses related to government bond issuance, purchase or interest will also take effect in April.
