Cris Cao told VOV: “Hanoi and Sai gon are too busy. But here I ride all the time. I feel very comfortable riding here and also, you see a lot of foreigners riding bicycle. That’s a good sight. The road is very safe. It’s very easy to ride. Even when you walk in the old quarter, it’s quite comfortable and relaxed”.
