Ao Dai Festival excites crowds in Quang Ninh province

(VOVWORLD) - The northern province of Quang Ninh hosted a festival featuring the Ao Dai - Vietnam's traditional long dress, in Cam Pha city on December 26. The festival aims to promote the local tourism industry.
