Coupon system implemented in Da Nang for local shoppers

(VOVWORLD) - Residents in the central city of Da Nang have been asked to make use of coupons from August 12 when going to buy goods, with the aim of preventing large gatherings at markets amid fears surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
