COVID-19 hotbed Da Nang Hospital now clear of infections

(VOVWORLD) - No additional novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases have been reported at Da Nang Hospital, one of the three medical facilities that have emerged as hotbeds in central Da Nang city, following the thorough deployment of a range of cleaning and disinfecting activities.
The afternoon of August 3 saw Huynh Duc Tho, Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, inspect COVID-19 prevention and control measures deployed at Da Nang Hospital, Hoa Vang field hospital, and Le Son Nam residential area in Da Nang.

Dr. Le Duc Nhan, director of Da Nang Hospital, states that no further COVID-19 patients have been recorded at the medical facility thanks to the thorough cleaning and disinfecting measures. The hospital is expected to receive patients for health checkups in the near future.
