(VOVWORLD) -The Dong Da festival in Hanoi proved to be a popular event on January 29 as thousands of people flocked to the occasion where a reenactment was held to mark the 231st anniversary of the Ngoc Hoi-Dong Da victory over the Chinese Qing invaders.
