Japanese PM Suga strolls along Hoan Kiem Lake VOV/VTC -   Tuesday, October 20, 2020 | 11:33:20 (VOVWORLD) - Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide surprisingly spent time on October 20 morning walking along Hoan Kiem Lake, one of the landmarks in Vietnam’s capital city. Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide accompanied by his assistants goes for a walk along Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi on the morning of October 20. Many Hanoians who do the morning exercise there every day are surprised to see the special guest from Japan. The Japanese PM waves his hand to greet the Hanoians. Suga has chosen Vietnam as his first destination for an overseas visit after taking office a month ago. The visit shows Japan’s desire to strengthen the extensive strategic partnership with Vietnam – an emerging economy in Asia and the Pacific. The early morning walk shows his special love for Vietnam. Suga and his entourage stroll along the path which has been refurbished to celebrate the 1010 founding anniversary of Hanoi and its 66th Liberation Day (October 10). The Japanese PM is scheduled to leave Vietnam on October 20 for an Indonesian visit.
