At ATF 2024, three cities of Vietnam receive the ASEAN Clean Tourism City 2024 award, including Hue City in Thua Thien Hue, Vung Tau in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and Quy Nhon in the south-central province of Binh Dinh.

This is also an opportunity for tourism businesses in Thua Thien Hue province to effectively introduce their tourism business models.
Nguyen Van Phuc, director of Thua Thien Hue Department of Tourism, says receiving the awards in recent times has raised Hue’s profile in spreading the story of Vietnamese tourism around the world.
The ASEAN 2024 tourism award also helps Hue to elevate its position as a top destination in ASEAN and Vietnam. Its prominence is helping to attract more international tourists. Among its many features, Hue cuisine stands out and leaves a deep impression on sophisticated tourists.
The tourism titles achieved by Thua Thien Hue will further contribute to promoting the overall brand of national tourism, elevating Hue as a festival city, while also being a capital city of cuisine and Ao Dai traditional dress.
