A suicide bombing targeting Iraq's Sunni Awakening Council killed 23 and injured 49 on Monday. A suicide bomber blew himself up in a group of security professionals receiving their salaries near a military base in Taji, 20 kilometers north of Baghdad. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the deadly attack.
