(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Education and Training held an online conference on Wednesday to review 3 years of implementing a project to develop a learning society from 2012 until 2020.

By 2015 the literacy rate among people from 15 to 35 years old reached 98% and primary education was universalized in all 63 provinces and cities. The project targets eliminating illiteracy, universalizing primary education, and improving informatics and foreign language knowledge.
