(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, who is Head of the Steering Board on reviewing 5 years of implementing Party resolution on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas, visited Khanh Thanh commune in Ninh Binh province on Wednesday.

Mr. Hung inspected the construction of roads and visited the vast rice fields, fresh water facility, a cultural house and a newly built market in Khanh Thien commune, Yen Khanh district. The National Assembly Chairman called on the local authorities and people to make efforts to build civilized and modern rural areas and protect the environment in the interest of sustainability and stability. He noted that agricultural products are sold in the domestic market as well as for export. The resolution aims to develop the rural areas for the people’s prosperity and every individual should engage with the program. Mr. Hung emphasized that the improved prosperity of every household would generate momentum for the whole society to develop.
