Addressing the ceremony in Hoa Binh province, Prime Minister Chinh urged for concentrated investment resources to complete the Hanoi-Hoa Binh-Son La-Dien Bien expressway, including the Hoa Binh-Moc Chau section, which will connect the Northwest provinces, the Northwest and Hanoi and the Red River Delta provinces.

The Prime Minister emphasized that given infrastructure, especially transportation infrastructure, creating clear effects on socio-economic development, where transportation infrastructure develops, new development space will open.

He pointed out that as the project will go through complex terrain with weather conditions prone to rain, floods, and landslides, Hoa Binh province needs to promote its combined strength and create consensus for people to voluntarily hand over residential land and production areas, along with authorities and construction units to engage in constructing works.

PM Chinh asked Hoa Binh province to shorten the construction time and complete it before December 31, 2027, ensuring safety, technical and aesthetic quality.
