(VOVworld) - On Wednesday Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich received the Deputy Defence Minister of the Republic of Korea Hwang In-moo, who is in Hanoi to attend the 5th defence policy dialogue between the two countries.

Mr. Lich said dialogue will help intensify the friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries’ armies and peoples.
He also hoped for the delegation’ successful working visit. For his part, Mr. Hwang briefed his host on the results of the defence policy dialogue with representatives from the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defence, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Chi Vinh.
He added that he expected the two armies to conduct more practical and effective cooperative activities that would benefit the two armies and peoples.
