(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged Ngo Quyen precinct, Hai Phong city, to boost administrative reform in order to better protect the legitimate rights of the people and create a favorable environment for business and production.

On Monday, while inspecting crime-prevention-and-fighting, as well as administrative reform, he suggested Ngo Quyen precinct establish an administrative center to replace the current one-stop shop.

Mr. Phuc worked with leaders of Hai Phong Customs Department and inspected smuggling prevention and administrative reform at the Hai Phong Port Border Customs Office, zone 3.
