Digital Infrastructure Strategy to 2025 and Vision to 2030

The strategy aims to extend fiber optic cable access to all households by 2025, launch at least two new international submarine fiber optic cables, and establish data centers to support artificial intelligence (AI) applications. 100% of provinces, cities, high-tech parks, information technology hubs, research and development centers, innovation parks, industrial zones, train stations, seaports, and international airports will be covered by 5G mobile services.

Additionally, the strategy prioritizes the development of new data centers adhering to international green standards. By 2030, the plan includes creating Hyperscale Data Centers, AI-supporting Data Centers, and Edge Data Centers to meet domestic needs and prepare for the establishment of regional Digital Hubs.
