Hai said Vietnam will create favourable conditions for Finnish enterprises to operate and invest in Vietnam. He thanked the Finnish government for supporting the Vietnamese community in Finland. The two sides agreed to boost bi-lateral co-operation by increasing delegation exchanges at all levels, enhancing mutual support in multi-lateral forums and international organisations, and encouraging their businesses to seek co-operation opportunities.
