Under the program, all cultural and art institutions will implement digital transformation and all students in the national education system will have regular access to cultural heritage and art education by 2030.

“Grassroots culture is something that can be achieved without cost,” National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that the entire population recognizes the need to build moral values and standards for Vietnamese people in the new era.

“The strength of culture lies in the people at the grassroots level, who are the ones to preserve heritage, cultural traditions, and national identity,” said Mr. Man.

The National Assembly Standing Committee also discussed a proposal on building Vietnamese cultural centers abroad.
