(VOVworld) – Hanoi’s People’s Committee on Wednesday announced a master plan of Thang Long Citadel relic site.

Thang Long Citadel at 18 Hoang Dieu street, Ba Dinh district was recognized a World Cultural Heritage. According to the Prime Minister’s decision in June, the 4.5 hectare area will accommodate a simulation zone, excavation site for archeological research and supporting technical department. The Municipal People’s Committee is responsible for architecture, building plans for the relic's preservation and management. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism works with Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Hanoi’s Municipal People’s Committee to promote the site’s values to the world.
