(VOVworld) – The Hanoi People’s Council has approved a cultural and tourism plan, becoming the first locality in the nation to do so. The plan includes a museum system, a library system, and preservation of cultural heritages such as Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
The Council also approved a tourism plan which it is hoped will make Hanoi a more attractive tourist destination.
