(VOVworld) - Vietnam has about 50 million people of working age, about 58% of the total population, but two thirds of them haven’t been trained and three fourths have unstable jobs with low income, according to a seminar in Hanoi today on developing human resources to meet the needs of industrialization and international integration. The World Bank said the Vietnamese workforce ranks 11th out of 12 Asian countries in numbers of highly qualified experts and skilled workers. Le Van Cuong, Vice President of the Institute for Scientific Studies for Talent - Human Resources,  'We need to develop a healthy environment for human resource training which should be initiated by talented leaders. I agree with the idea of focusing on training, use of workers, and reward policies'.
