(VOVworld) - Vietnam has about 50 million people of working age, about 58% of the total population, but two thirds of them haven’t been trained and three fourths have unstable jobs with low income, according to a seminar in Hanoi today on developing human resources to meet the needs of industrialization and international integration. The World Bank said the Vietnamese workforce ranks 11^th out of 12 Asian countries in numbers of highly qualified experts and skilled workers. Le Van Cuong, Vice President of the Institute for Scientific Studies for Talent - Human Resources,  'We need to develop a healthy environment for human resource training which should be initiated by talented leaders. I agree with the idea of focusing on training, use of workers, and reward policies'.
