(VOVworld) - By the end of September, Vietnam’s total export turnover reached 120 billion USD, up 9.6 percent from the year before and accounting for 73% of the annual target. The FDI sector continued to take the lead in growth and export revenue with an increase of 16%.

Vietnam aims to earn 165 billion USD from export this year

Speaking at a seminar on measures to increase exports in the last months of this year, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Tran Tuan Anh, said the Ministry will focus on resolving obstacles for business, support production, and enhance trade promotion to achieve the yearly export target of 165 billion USD.
Mr. Anh said: “The Ministry of Industry and Trade will provide businesses with key information regarding global integration and trade agreements so that they can take advantage of export opportunities. We’ll assist enterprises in trade promotion, trade disputes, and trials, and foresee potential risks.”
