(VOVworld)- Japan will provide 6.3 million USD for Vietnam to develop a traffic control system for expressways in Hanoi. Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang and Japanese Ambassador Yasuaki Tanizaki signed an exchange note on the aid in Hanoi yesterday. The Japan International Cooperation Agency will provide intelligent transport system equipment for the Vietnam Expressway Corporation, which will be installed and put into operation on Hanoi’s several express way sections. The project is expected to be completed by the end of next year.
