Golden Ball winner Pham Thanh Luong

(VOV) - National team midfielder Pham Thanh Luong and goalkeeper Dang Thi Kieu Trinh has won their Golden Ball awards for outstanding contributions to Vietnamese men's and women's football last year.
Luong, who plays for the Ha Noi FC, wins the award for the second time after he first got it in 2009. Luong said:      “I am very happy and surprised because last year there were many excellent players. I want to thank my fans and journalists who have supported and voted for me. This great encouragement for me to do better job”.
