(VNA) – NA Vice Chairman Huynh Ngoc Son yesterday received ethnic delegates of high prestige in Quang Ninh province.

Son said sustainable development in ethnic and mountainous regions is one of the top priorities of the Party and State and requires the involvement of the entire political system. Vice Chairman Son asked the local Party Committees, authorities and people to work harder to reduce poverty, develop the economy, and improve the living standards of ethnic minority people. Son expressed his wish that the people of high prestige in ethnic minority groups in Quang Ninh province will serve as a bridge between the Party and their people by being more active in mobilizing people to build national unity and a more prosperous life.
