NA’s upcoming Q&A session to center around banking, health care, information and communications
(VOVWORLD) - Banking, healthcare, and information and communication issues will be high on the agenda of the National Assembly’s Q&A session scheduled for November 11 and 12.

Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong will address the management of monetary policies to control inflation amid global economic fluctuations, state management of the gold and foreign exchange markets, and loan support and interest rate incentives for individuals and businesses to recover from natural disasters.
Heath Minister Dao Hong Lan will report on the mobilization and allocation of medical personnel, the assurance of supplies of medicines and medical resources, and disease prevention and control post-natural disasters.
Other topics include the management of dietary supplements and pharmaceutical cosmetics, and the handling of violations. Minister Lan will also address the prevention of tobacco and stimulant use, particularly at schools.
Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung will talk about improving the quality of journalism amid the boom of social media and the role of the revolutionary press in socio-economic development.
Other issues include the management of advertising in the press and online, and the development of telecommunications infrastructure, especially in remote and ethnic minority areas.
