(VOVworld)-The government has promulgated a resolution to set up a National Center for Medicine Trading under the Ministry of Health.
The center will be tasked with holding bidding for the medicines under the national medicines list issued by the Ministry of Health and negotiating medicine prices in accordance with the current law.
The center will have the legal personality, a seal, and a bank account as regulated by the law. The Minister of Health will decide specific missions, authority, and apparatus of the center.
