(VOVworld)- The National Lawyers’ Council held its 11^th plenary in Hanoi on Tuesday to review the performance of the Lawyers’ Union in its first term and work out plans for the next term. Addressing the event, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Duc Chinh highlighted the importance of the meeting in preparing for the 2^nd National Congress of the Lawyers’ Union. Chinh urged the Union to focus on revising the Law of Lawyers to improve the quality, professionalism, and ethics of lawyers. He stressed the need to strengthen the role of the Lawyers’ Union and prepare thoroughly for the 2^nd National Congress.
