North Korean adoptions approved in US
The US Congress has approved a bill which allows Americans to adopt orphaned North Korean children. The bill requires the State Department to set up a comprehensive program to help American families who want to adopt North Korean orphans.

The measure, passed by the House and the Senate, must still be signed by President Barack Obama to officially take effect.
