Addressing the 21^st Party Congress of Da Nang City on Thursday, the President praised achievements made by the city’s Party organization, government and people: “Da Nang city should boost restructuring and in-depth economic development based on science and technology, high quality human resource and improved competitiveness. Investment environment needs to attract more investment with priority given to processed industry, electronics and telecommunications, and supportive industries.”
The same day, Party congresses opened in Hau Giang, Binh Dinh, Tra Vinh and Vinh Phuc provinces.
