(VOVworld) – On Wednesday, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong met with representatives of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the China-Vietnam Friendship Association as part of his ongoing visit to China.

He stressed the time-honored friendship between the two countries, which has been elevated to the level of comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. He praised the valuable support provided by Chinese experts and advisors to Vietnam during its renewal process and current development period. He also expressed his hope that the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the China-Vietnam Friendship Association will continue to nurture the comradeship and brotherhood between the two countries.
