(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang on Monday met voters in District 1, Ho Chi Minh city to report them on the outcomes of the 4^th session of the 13^th National Assembly. Voters described the session as serious and effective and acknowledged the deputies’ efforts to reform NA activities. President Sang said the voters’ opinions are heartfelt and responsible. Addressing voters’ concerns about votes of confidence for officials elected by the NA and the People’s Councils, the President stressed that this is one of concrete tasks to prevent corruption and build and rectify the party: “If we perform well the votes of confidence, their effects will surely help make a change. The voters should be responsible, and unbiased for the country. If we want a strong regime, the voters should take huge responsibility.”

President Sang said the Party and State will do their utmost to deserve the people’s trust.
