(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang has asked the State Audit office of Vietnam to take the initiative in designing measures to prevent violations and submit them to relevant agencies and to conduct audits in areas prone to corruption.

At a meeting with the agency in Hanoi on Wednesday, Mr. Quang said state audit is an important tool to detect signs of corruption, violations of economic and financial rules, and inefficient use of state resources.
