Nhan added that the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels pledge to accompany religious organizations in building and developing non-profit preschools of high quality as well as to encourage Catholic followers across Vietnam to support such activities. Although non-profit preschools run by religious organizations only target 3% of Vietnam’s preschool children, such models have provided an education environment of good quality for many disadvantaged children, he said. On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee presented Certificates of Merit to 26 non-profit preschools run by religious organizations across Vietnam for their outstanding contributions to preschool education development.
