(VOVworld)- Ten Russian experts have been honored with Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh prize in recognition of their great contributions to the oil and gas sector. They, together with 39 other experts, conducted a research to discover and effectively exploit oil from Cuu Long Basin on the Vietnamese continental shelf. At the presentation ceremony in Moscow on Wednesday, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Pham Xuan Son praised the Russian experts’ contributions to the development of the oil and gas sector in Vietnam.  He expressed hope that the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia will continue. "We all contributed new ideas. On behalf of my colleagues, I would like to express our gratitude for your recognition. We are very surprised and moved by your affection", said Professor Aresep , one of the prize winners.
