(VOVworld) – The British charitable organization, Medical and Scientific Aid for Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, has supported humanitarian work in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia for 50 years.
At an annual meeting of the organization’s executive board at the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK on Monday, Ambassador Vu Quang Minh spoke highly of the charity’s long-term operation and practical assistance to the people of the three regional nations and its enduring contributions in past decades to developing stronger relations between Vietnam and the UK.
Ambassador Minh noted that the Vietnamese Embassy is ready to serve as a bridge for organizations that have relations with Vietnam under the "Vietnam-UK Network" umbrella.
