(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Laos have reached a border trade agreement. Speaking in the signing ceremony in Nghe An province on Saturday, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said the agreement was a legal foundation for both to promote trade with tariffs exemption for goods from both sides crossing border.

The agreement covers payment methods, immigration administration as well as trade and tourism promotion activities.
