She was speaking in an online press briefing on Thursday: “I reconfirm Vietnam’s sufficient historic evidence and legal grounds consolidating Vietnam’s sovereignty in Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos in line with international law. All activities by parties in the two archipelagos without Vietnam’s permission are null and void. Given the current regional and international context, Vietnam asks parties not to further complicate the situation in the East Sea.”
