Vietnam and Belarus should boost cooperative relations in economy, trade and investment to take further advantage of both sides’ potential and enhance bilateral trade turnover. National Assembly Deputy Chairman Uong Chu Luu made the comment yesterday while receiving in Hanoi the Chairman of the Belarus-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Group Vitaly Busko, saying that the delegation’s visit to Vietnam would open more opportunities for cooperation between the two countries and raise relations to a new level. In response, Busko said that Belarus will help Vietnam to penetrate the European market further. He believed that relations between the two countries and two national assemblies will be enhanced along with cooperation in security, national defense, social and economic development.
