Vietnam, Cambodia pledge stronger bilateral ties

The two leaders agreed on the need to strengthen coordination and inspection and oversee the implementation of signed agreements as well as deepen Vietnam-Cambodian cooperation.
The two legislatures agreed to fine-tune legal mechanisms to facilitate bilateral trade and investment, strengthen national defense and security, increase transport links and cooperation between localities, and work closely to fight against COVID-19 and post-pandemic recovery.
The two legislators also agreed to respect and support each other at multinational forums and inter-parliamentary forums.
