(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has expressed his hope that Canada will continue to help Vietnam to formulate projects and control the quality of agricultural products. At a reception for the Canadian Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Gerry Ritz in Hanoi on Friday,  Ninh applauded Canada’s active contributions to the Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia and Vietnam. The Deputy Prime Minister said Vietnam is ready to create favorable conditions for agricultural cooperation projects with Canada. He added that Vietnam treasures the relationship with Canada, which will develop for the benefits of the two peoples, for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region.
The Canadian minister called on both countries to review their fields of cooperation, thus elevating the Vietnam-Canada ties to a new height.
