Cung said that the Vietnamese party, government, and army are keen to develop a firm, fine relationship with China. Vietnam always bears in mind China’s enormous support during its two wars for independence. The two defense ministries have seen broader and deeper cooperation to benefit both peoples over the years. Vietnam wants more defense delegations and experience exchanges in the coming years to further mutual understanding and ties.
