(VOVworld) - The General Department of Vietnamese Sea and Islands on Thursday discussed a draft law on sea and island resources and environment toward outlining a plan for a sustainable maritime economy. The bill under construction must harmonize the interests of several industries while defining beneficiaries, ownership of marine resources, and state policies for protecting, and exploiting those resources.
