(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam reported no new COVID-19 cases on Thursday morning, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

Vietnam has seen 1,069 infections so far. Of that total, 991 have fully recovered and 35 have died, most of them elderly persons with serious underlying health conditions.
